Business Development Lead

We are looking for Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of 3 outbound SDRs
• Set and manage KPIs for call volume, conversions and booked meetings
• Review calls, coach agents, fix weaknesses and drive improvement
• Keep the team engaged through daily huddles and performance monitoring
• Support ongoing outreach through email and LinkedIn
• Help build and refine scripts, objection handling and call structure
• Ensure the team consistently meets weekly and monthly goals
• Report numbers, performance trends and pipeline status to management
• Maintain a strong culture of accountability and ownership

Requirements:

• Strong background in outbound sales, preferably in the BPO sector
• Experience working with US or Canadian campaigns
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive KPIs
• Skilled communicator, confident motivator and hands-on problem solver
• Proficient with CRMs, dialers and outreach tools
• Comfortable working in a results-focused, high-activity environment

Location Onsite, Soan Garden Islamabad

Schedule 6 PM to 3 AM (US shift)

Salary 80k–100k base, plus commissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
