Overview:
The Manager Marketing will lead marketing and business development initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the explosives and industrial products market across Pakistan. The role involves driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and enhancing brand visibility through strategic marketing and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales and business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in mining, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and technical teams for tenders, bids, and proposals.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis for pricing and positioning strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
- Manage corporate branding, digital campaigns, and promotional events.
- Support product launches and prepare management reports on market trends and performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Mining Engineer with MBA/Master’s in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 8–10 years’ experience in industrial/B2B marketing, preferably in mining or manufacturing.
- Strong business development and client management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP (Odoo) experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
