Business Development Lead / Executive

Bukhari HR Consultancy is hiring for their digital marketing and sales services provider client located at Soan Garden, Islamabad.

We are looking one strong Business Development professional to own the complete sales cycle end to end. You will be fully responsible for generating leads, building pipeline, running outreach, and closing deals or booking qualified meetings.

The incumbent will handle everything from data gathering and scraping to prospecting, calling, nurturing, and closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research target markets and identify decision makers
  • Gather and scrape accurate prospect data
  • Build and manage outbound prospect lists
  • Run cold outreach through calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools effectively
  • Qualify leads and manage the full sales funnel
  • Conduct discovery calls and present solutions
  • Close deals or book qualified meetings
  • Maintain CRM updates and track pipeline performance
  • Consistently hit weekly and monthly revenue or meeting targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full cycle outbound sales or business development
  • Strong cold calling and prospecting skills
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools
  • Ability to independently build and manage pipeline
  • Confident closer with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a target driven, high activity US shift environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
