Job Summary
The Business Development Lead will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing outbound campaigns, and closing medical billing contracts with US-based healthcare providers.
This role requires hands-on experience in:
- Medical billing sales
- Apollo.io lead generation
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator prospecting
- Email marketing campaigns
- CRM pipeline management
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and close US medical billing clients (Private Practices, Clinics, Group Practices).
- Generate leads using Apollo.io and healthcare databases.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with decision-makers.
- Create and manage outbound email marketing campaigns.
- Develop structured email sequences and follow-up strategies.
- Schedule discovery calls and sales meetings.
- Present Virtelligence services and handle client objections.
- Prepare proposals, pricing models, and contracts.
- Maintain CRM pipeline (HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in a Medical Billing / RCM company (Mandatory).
- Proven track record closing US medical billing service contracts.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare billing workflows.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Apollo.io
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Email automation tools
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of US healthcare providers.
- Experience targeting specific specialties (Internal Medicine, Behavioral Health, Cardiology, DME, etc.).
- Data-driven sales approach.
- Experience managing full sales pipeline and forecasting.
Performance Expectations
- Generate consistent qualified leads each month.
- Book discovery calls with US providers.
- Close new billing contracts regularly.
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets.
