Business Development Manager

A large FMCG company is seeking a motivated and commercially driven Emirati National to join their International Sales team as a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will support and expand company’s global distribution network, focusing on existing markets and exploring new opportunities—particularly in Arab-speaking countries.

This role requires strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for sales and brand building across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distributor Development
  • Identify, assess, and onboard competent distributors in targeted international markets.
  • Customer Engagement

Maintain strong, ongoing communication with existing distributors & prospective Distributors to ensure smooth operations, mutual growth, and satisfaction.

  • Market Expansion/Business Development

Drive the sales of existing products and support new product launches by working closely with distributors to expand brand presence.Travel to assigned countries to understand market dynamics, meet clients, assess competition, and identify growth opportunities.Assist in developing pricing structures, conduct margin and cost analysis, and support commercial negotiations.Understand and support export documentation and processes including invoicing, packing lists, and coordination with freight and logistics teams.Share market insights, track distributor performance, and contribute to sales forecasts and strategy planning.

Candidate Profile:

  • Nationality: UAE National (Emirati)
  • Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially sharp and detail-oriented
  • Willing to travel frequently across GCC and MENA regions
  • Energetic, ambitious, and passionate about international business and fragrance industry

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
