About the Role

We are looking for proactive and strategic Business Development Manager(BDM) based in Riyadh to expand our footprint in the commercial workspace sector.The ideal candidate will come from commercial interior design background with solid experience in the A&D community within KSA.

Familiarity with office furniture brands and industry trends is essential. You will be expected to promote our premium office furniture solutions,grow our network,and support our dealers in securing key projects.

Key Responsibilities

Promote our office furniture brand to leading architects,interior designers, and project

consultants throughout Riyadh and wider KSA.

Build and maintain strong relationships with the A&D community,key decision-makers,end users,and strategic clients.

Supportandcollaboratewithourdealerpartnerstowinmajorprojectsandgrowmarketshare.

Continuouslyresearchandanalyzethemarkettoidentifyupcomingopportunities,newprojects,

andemergingdesigntrends.

RepresentthebrandconsistentlyandeffectivelyonsocialmediaplatformslikeLinkedInand

Instagram.

Delivercompellingproductpresentationsandpitchestailoredtotheclient’sdesignneeds.

Maintainup-to-dateclientrecordsandsalestrackingusingMicrosoftExcelandCRMtools.

Prepareclient-focusedpresentationsandbusinessproposalsusingPowerPointandotherMS

Officetools.

Travelregularlyacrosstheregiontoattendmeetings,events,andsitevisitsasneeded.

ReporttotheRegionalManagerandprovidetimelyupdatesonpipeline,marketfeedback,and

businessstrategy.

Proactivelyseekopportunitiestogrowbrandvisibilitythroughindustryevents,tradeshows,

anddesignexhibitions.

Qualifications&Skills

Bachelor’sdegreeinInteriorDesign,Architecture,Business,orarelatedfield.

3to5yearsofexperienceworkingwiththeA&DsectorinSaudiArabia.

In-depthknowledgeofofficefurniturebrands,manufacturers,andindustrytrendsisessential.

Well-establishednetworkwithinthearchitectureanddesigncommunityinKSA.

FluentinEnglish;Arabicisaplus.

Exceptionalpresentation,communication,andinterpersonalskills.

Strongproblem-solvingandnegotiationskills,withaprofessionalandclient-centricapproach.

ProficientinMicrosoftExcel,PowerPoint,Word,anddigitalcommunicationtools.

Activepresenceonkeyprofessionalsocialmediaplatforms.

MustholdavalidSaudidrivinglicenseandbewillingtotravelregularlyacrosstheregion.

Highlymotivated,resourceful,andabletoworkindependentlywithstrongmarketawareness.
