Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the full business development cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, or related industries in the UAE.
  • Strong network of contacts within the UAE real estate, construction, or design sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
