Job Purpose:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals within the company’s set targets, aligning with project deadlines/launches, arranging corporate agreements transactions by putting clients and Harbins ME together, and acting as their representative in negotiations. The Business Development Manager is expected to keep the company updated regarding client preferences, and the latest market trends, analyze the competitive market, and keep the client database up to date.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

· Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

· Intermediate negotiation processes, consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.

· Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.

· Draft and create business proposals, catalogues, presentations to attract clients.

· Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, closing statements, etc)

· Remain knowledgeable about Financial and taxation markets and best practices.

· Provide assistance and guide clients for suitable financial solutions.

· Research client income and expenses to determine their financial power and capital.

· Build and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders such as lawyers, banks, etc.

· Close Deals efficiently within set targets and set time frame on monthly basis.

Education & experience:

· Graduate preferably in the field of Business Management/ Accounting or Finance.

· Min. 7 years of experience in Sales with at least 2 years’ experience in Finance/ Accounting.

· Appropriate familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements and legislations.

· Excellent proficiency of English language. Arabic language is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • business development executive: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Finance/ Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
