Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Karachi East District. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to increase company revenue. Daily tasks include market research, lead generation, proposal preparation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires regular meetings with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and lead generation skills
• Proven experience in market research and analysis
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to prepare and present proposals effectively
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
