Business Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients in various industries who can benefit from our services
• Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
• Customize solutions to meet the specific needs of each client
• Provide product demonstrations and conduct meetings
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients
• Collaborate with technical teams and project managers to ensure successful implementation
• Manage and update customer information in the ERP system
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Stay updated on industry best practices and product developments
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and support

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in IT sales or a related field
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand and analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or a related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
