Business Development Manager – Alot Kitchen

Location: Al Qusais, Dubai

We are hiring a Business Development Manager for Alot Kitchen to drive business growth and oversee smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and secure new business opportunities (kitchen mess contracts, bulk orders, catering).
• Build and manage client relationships.
• Oversee overall workflow with admin and supervisory staff.
• Lead a team of 12–16 staff including chefs, helpers, accountant, and supervisors.
• Ensure quality, timely delivery, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in Business Development / F&B / Catering.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Strong leadership, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of kitchen/catering operations in UAE market.
