Business Development Manager

An Ideal Candidate Must have:
*5-8 Years proven experience as a business development manager for interior fitout company in UAE.

*3-5 Years Work Experience as an interior designer.

This position will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the fitout industry. Essential duties would include:

Business Development & Company Growth

Possess strong understanding of the company’s vision and its current position the market. Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets including pricing, promotional plans, and sales forecasts. Develop business growth with positive customer ratings to increase profitability.

Client Acquisition

Identify and target potential clients in sectors such as commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations ensuring long-term professional dealings with existing & new customers.

Sales & Negotiation

Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction. Present and demonstrate innovative interior design ideas & solutions to potential customers.

Identifying & Forecasting

Oversee the budget for business development activities, ensuring cost-effective strategies are employed and identify/ forecast revenue for the coming period.

Industry Research and Analysis

Identify potential markets, clients, and trends in the fitout industry. Stay updated on competitors and industry developments.

Client Relationship Management (CRM) & Brand Promotion

Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for additional services. Enhance company's visibility and reputation in the industry through marketing initiatives, social media, and other promotional activities.

Social Contacts & Networking

Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to build a network of contacts and promote the company's services.

Offer Comprehensive Solutions

Prepare and submit customized solution proposals based on client needs and project specifications ensuring all agreements are in line with company goals & policies. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to customers.

Project Coordination & Quality

Work closely with the project management and design teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Manage quality by understanding client needs, selecting reputable vendors, ensuring accurate proposals, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining open communication to promptly address any issues.

Reporting and Analysis

Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. Use this information to refine business development strategies. Prepare & submit weekly/ monthly sales/ revenue progress reports to the senior management.

Internal Documentation

Track all business-related invoices and keep records of sales, revenue etc.

·*Valid UAE Drivers’ license with own car.

* Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ engineering/ interior design. Master’s degree is plus.

*Proven track record of success in business development within the interior design & fitout industry.

*Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, local regulations, codes, and permitting processes.

*Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
