Smile Payments Commercial Brokers LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive company growth, build strong client relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored business solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for management to track progress and business performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales and client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of business development strategies, lead generation, and deal closing.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented personality.
- Experience in financial services, payments, or brokerage industries is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits:
