Business Development Manager (AraBnB Vacation Homes) - The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding AraBnB Homes’ portfolio of luxury holiday homes in Dubai. This individual will drive growth by building strong relationships with landlords, real estate agents, and investors, while ensuring operational excellence across the business.

What You’ll Do - Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

1. Expand the number of apartments under revenue-share management agreements.

2. Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with property owners, landlords, and real estate agencies.

3. Devise and execute innovative strategies and marketing campaigns to attract and retain property owners.

4. Scout and evaluate opportunistic subleasing deals in key areas such as Downtown, Emaar Beachfront, Business Bay, Marina, Palm Jumeirah, and JBR.

5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and new opportunities within Dubai’s short-term rental and real estate market.

6. Represent AraBnB Homes at industry events, networking sessions, and property exhibitions to generate leads.

7. Organize and restructure internal processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure excellent client/landlord satisfaction.

8. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and guest relations teams to ensure seamless property onboarding and performance optimization.

9. Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting growth, challenges, and new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For - Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

1. Undergraduate degree (BBA preferred; MBA is a plus).

2. 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate brokerage (hospitality, luxury real estate, or property management experience preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to close deals.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required (Arabic is an advantage).

3. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

4. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Canva; CRM software experience is a plus.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to guide strategy.

6. Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

7. Ability to work independently and in a team, with a results-driven mindset.

8. Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including property regulations, DTCM guidelines, and landlord/property owner dynamics, is highly desirable.

9. Presentable, professional, and confident in client-facing environments.

What We Offer

Base salary of AED 5,000/month + Attractive commission structure:

AED 2,000 per 1-bedroom apartment onboarded.

AED 3,000 per 2-bedroom apartment onboarded.

AED 4,000 per 3-bedroom apartment onboarded.
