rTriibe DMCC is an education staffing company with a difference. We partner with schools across the UK and UAE, helping them find the right staff quickly and efficiently. Our tech-driven approach and strong relationships mean we deliver results where others can’t.

We’re now expanding our team in Dubai and are looking for ambitious, competitive, and driven individuals to join as School Partnership Managers (SPMs).

The Role
As a School Partnership Manager, you will manage your own “desk” (portfolio of schools and candidates), acting as both a business developer and account manager. You’ll build strong relationships with schools, identify their staffing needs, and connect them with the right teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff.

This is a performance-based sales role with clear targets. We want individuals who are hungry to succeed, proactive in winning business, and resilient when faced with challenges.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and grow relationships with schools across a defined region.
  • Proactively generate new business through calls, mailers, and client meetings.
  • Manage candidate relationships, ensuring they are matched to the right opportunities.
  • Hit and exceed weekly and monthly targets (our key measure of success).
  • Build repeat business by providing an excellent service to both schools and staff.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to maximise revenue across regions.

What We’re Looking For

  • A competitive, ambitious personality – someone who thrives on being a top biller.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilience and persistence – able to overcome objections and keep driving forward.
  • A strong work ethic – this isn’t a 9–5 job, we want people who want it.
  • Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or education is a plus, but not essential – attitude is more important.
