Business Development Manager

We are The BB Group, home to two market-leading brands:

• Branded Brolly – the UK’s No.1 supplier of branded umbrellas, trusted by global names for high-quality, customisable designs.
• Bulk Branded – specialists in high-volume, cost-effective promotional merchandise across hundreds of product categories.

As part of our Dubai expansion, we’re looking for a fluent English-speaking Business Development Manager who’s ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and database leads quickly and effectively.
• Proactively grow the UAE client base with outbound activity.
• Manage accounts, build relationships, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly KPIs — results from day one.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to refine and scale operations.

Requirements

• Fluent in English – written and spoken.
• Proven track record in sales or business development (experience in promotional merchandise, marketing services, or B2B sales is an advantage).
• Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven with strong closing skills.
• Based in Dubai/UAE with an entrepreneurial mindset.
