Job Description

Yas Media LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Product Manager / Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the UAE market and a proven track record in managing e-commerce platforms and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company’s e-commerce platforms and digital product lifecycle.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase sales and market presence.
• Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with key partners and clients.
• Analyze product performance metrics and optimize digital offerings accordingly.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and tech teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
• Handle B2B and B2C client engagements, negotiations, and proposal development.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Experience with digital tools, CRM systems, and data analytics is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
