Job Requirements:

1. Own Vehicle: Candidate must have his own vehicle for work purposes.

2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi

3. Computer Proficiency: Good knowledge of computer.

4. Business development Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction industry

5. Education: Graduation degree required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate business from diverse sectors, including:

a.) Industrial areas

b.) Architects

c.) Facility management companies

d.) Project Management Consultants (PMCs)

e.) Banks

f.) Educational institutions

g.) Hospitals

h.) Branded hotels

Salary and Location:

- Range of salary: ₹50,000 per month plus other facilities

- Reporting location: Gurugram Ideal Candidate

- Willing to work for a long-term association

- Results-driven and passionate for foundation of business like an investor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
