Business Development Manager

Istanbul, Turkey

Immigram has assisted hundreds of tech professionals in relocating to the UK and the United States. As a forward-thinking UK-based immigration tech startup, we are now venturing into the Turkish market. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth in Istanbul and throughout Turkey.


What you will do:


  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the Turkish tech and IT relocation market to identify opportunities, trends, and potential competitors
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to expand Immigram’s presence and influence
  • Drive customer acquisition efforts by targeting businesses and individuals looking for tech and IT relocation services, develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant tools to conduct in-depth research and identify potential B2C clients within our target market
  • Negotiate with clients, including C-level clients


Requirements:


  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and in Turkish.
  • Experience: Proven track record in marketing and business development, adept in brand development and digital marketing.
  • Location: Based in Istanbul or Ankara, comfortable with a blend of remote work and face-to-face interactions.
  • Skills: Strong in communication, analysis, creativity, and networking; proficient in digital marketing tools.

2. Test Task: Successful candidates will be given a brief test task to assess their skills and approach to marketing and business development challenges.

3. Interview with a Co-founder: Shortlisted candidates will have an interview with a co-founder to discuss their qualifications and vision for the role.
