Business Development Manager

✓ Identify and develop new business opportunities in staffing services through client acquisition and relationship building.

✓ Achieve Business targets, proven track record of success in BD within the staffing industry in geography of Noida & NCR.

✓ Strong understanding of the staffing industry including Apprenticeship – NAPS / NATS / BVoC & Contractual Manpower.

✓ Maintain strong client relations by understanding manpower needs and delivering timely workforce solutions.

✓ Achieve business growth targets while ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

✓ Networking ability thru digital platforms like LinkedIn, attend Industry meets for networking and lead generation

✓ Negotiate contracts, Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization,

✓ Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events, Provide regular reports

✓ Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective Business strategies.

✓ Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.

✓ Proficiency in MS Office is must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
