Business Development Manager

1. Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in loan origination and portfolio management.

2. New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with financial institutions, brokers, or other lenders.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including loan brokers, financial advisors, and businesses.

4. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

5. Product Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new loan products or services that meet market needs.
