Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Conversion
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads for admissions
  • Collaborate with telecallers and counselors to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions
  • School & Coaching Partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, coaching centers, and local influencers
  • Organize seminars, scholarship tests, and career counseling sessions
  • Market Expansion
  • Identify new localities or towns with high student potential and initiate outreach programs
  • Conduct field visits and community engagement drives
  • Event Planning & Execution
  • Coordinate promotional events, webinars, and parent-student meetings
  • Ensure strong turnout and post-event lead capture
  • Team Coordination
  • Guide and support marketing executives, facilitators, and outreach staff
  • Monitor performance and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Competitor Analysis
  • Track local competitors’ activities and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Maintain dashboards for lead tracking, conversion metrics, and outreach ROI
  • Present weekly and monthly performance reports to management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
