Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads for admissions
- Collaborate with telecallers and counselors to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions
- School & Coaching Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, coaching centers, and local influencers
- Organize seminars, scholarship tests, and career counseling sessions
- Market Expansion
- Identify new localities or towns with high student potential and initiate outreach programs
- Conduct field visits and community engagement drives
- Event Planning & Execution
- Coordinate promotional events, webinars, and parent-student meetings
- Ensure strong turnout and post-event lead capture
- Team Coordination
- Guide and support marketing executives, facilitators, and outreach staff
- Monitor performance and ensure alignment with business goals
- Competitor Analysis
- Track local competitors’ activities and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain dashboards for lead tracking, conversion metrics, and outreach ROI
- Present weekly and monthly performance reports to management
