Business Development Manager

India

  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and networking.
  • Identify and qualify prospects using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
  • Present SaaS product demos and showcase website/app development portfolios.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and agreements.
  • Negotiate scope, pricing, and terms within company guidelines.
  • Close deals, ensure contract signing, and collect advance payments.
  • Maintain client relationships and act as the bridge between clients and technical team.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as SEO, digital marketing, or SaaS add-ons.
  • Track and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Share weekly and monthly sales reports with management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
