Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads from website, social, and partner channels
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate new opportunities
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with prospect data
  • Work closely with the strategy and marketing team to align outreach messaging
  • Attend client calls, understand their needs, and pitch relevant services
  • Contribute ideas to improve outreach funnels and lead qualification processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience or in business development, sales, or client servicing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, self-starter, and a team player
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services (websites, social media, content, etc.) is a plus
  • Arabic fluency and UAE driving license are a plus
