Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager with proven experience in B2B SaaS or Ad Tech sales to drive new customer acquisition across the US and international markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and account management skills with a demonstrated ability to engage senior decision-makers including CMOs, CTOs, and Founders. Exposure to the media agency ecosystem is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the inside sales for our contextual ad tech and self serve offerings, from outbound lead generation to deal closure
Develop and execute tailored outreach strategies across cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to target CXOs, VPs, and senior marketers
Identify prospect pain points, deliver consultative solutions, and position Silverpush's contextual advertising capabilities as a market differentiator
Drive qualified pipeline and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate closely with the solutions and operations teams to develop customized proposals and ensure client success
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data within the CRM and share weekly sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or digital advertising sales with a focus on outbound, inside sales, or account development
Proven success in engaging international clients, especially in the US market
Hands-on experience in cold outreach, strategic prospecting, and managing full sales cycles
Strong understanding of Ad Tech, MarTech, programmatic media, or contextual targeting is a plus
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions for CXO-level audiences
Resilient, adaptable, and driven by results
Available to collaborate with US Sales team or potential clients during US work hours
Preferred Traits:
Experience in startup or high-growth environments
Prior exposure to US time zone sales operations
Ability to work independently while collaborating across time zones and teams
Independent contribution in generating qualified leads
