We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong background in advertising, event management, and B2B strategic marketing to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the advertising and event sectors.
• Leverage industry contacts and networks to bring in new clients.
• Lead contract negotiations and close deals with corporate clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal creative and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and growth targets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in business development within an advertising agency or event management company.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Established industry network and strong relationship-building ability.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
