Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT services and consultancy sector, focusing on key markets in Lahore, Pakistan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored IT solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized consulting solutions and deliver proposals that meet client needs.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients across various industries, ensuring that the solutions provided align with business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and identify new market opportunities
- Lead presentations and proposal development IT services and consultancy offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth by securing long-term contracts with new and existing clients.
- Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions, raising the company’s profile in the region.Required Skills & Qualifications:
- More than 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT services, consulting, or technology industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in large organizations.
- Strong understanding of the IT services and consultancy landscape, including managed services, cloud solutions, and digital transformation consulting.
- Experience working across the Lahore, Pakistan markets, with a deep understanding of regional business practices and opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value contracts and meeting sales targets.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Arabic and/or Urdu is a plus).
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Established network within the IT services and consultancy industry across Lahore, Pakistan.
- Experience with enterprise-level IT projects and consultancy in areas such as cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
