Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities across key segments, including B2B, B2C, and Incentive & Reward Platforms.

  • Develop and execute strategies to enter new markets and expand the client base through targeted outreach and relationship-building.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to develop long-term partnerships.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Achieve and exceed monthly GMV targets (up to $2 million by month three) by driving enterprise client acquisition and retention.

  • Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and close deals aligned with company revenue and margin goals.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.

  • Translate insights into actionable sales strategies and tailored client solutions.

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams

  • Work closely with Business Development Executives to qualify leads and align pipeline activity with company goals.

  • Partner with Marketing to develop campaigns that drive awareness and generate strategic leads.

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline with clear activity tracking and forecasting.

  • Report on sales metrics, conversion rates, and overall business performance to management.

Negotiation & Contract Management

  • Manage end-to-end negotiations with clients, ensuring deals meet profitability and compliance standards.

  • Balance client satisfaction with company objectives during contract finalization.

Client Onboarding & Growth

  • Oversee the transition of new clients to Account Management, ensuring expectations are met from day one.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track results against monthly and quarterly targets and share updates with leadership.

  • Review performance data to refine strategies and continuously improve outcomes.
