Core Responsibilities

* Drive acquisition, transaction volume, and revenue growth for wage and microfinance products within the payit digital platform
* Identify, engage, and onboard key corporate, governmental, and semi-governmental partners to expand reach
* Build internal alignment and collaboration across FAB s Corporate and SME banking divisions to support product delivery and partner onboarding
* Lead strategic business development initiatives including product launches, promotions, and market-entry campaigns
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales pipeline progress, and volume trends against budget
* Stay updated on fintech regulations, market trends, and competitor activity to guide agile product strategy
* Ensure compliance with card scheme rules, regulatory mandates, and internal security standards such as PCI DSS
* Represent FAB and payit at relevant events, forums, and partner meetings to support product branding and positioning
* Develop and present business cases to leadership, complete with financial modeling, risk analysis, and revenue forecasts
* Support campaign design and execution with marketing teams to target user acquisition and partner activation

Candidate Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master s preferred)
* At least 7 years of experience in banking, fintech, or startup environments, with 2+ years in a managerial business development role
* Deep knowledge of UAE financial sector with hands-on experience in client partnerships, wage product delivery, and microfinance models
* Familiarity with digital wallets, salary disbursement platforms, and financial inclusion solutions
* Experience managing relationships with corporates, merchants, and government entities
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, develop reports, and present business cases
