We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead business growth and expand our client portfolio. The BDM will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives to strengthen our brand presence and achieve revenue goals.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships, fleet service contracts, and facility-based agreements for valet and car wash operations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, potential business gaps, and new market segments.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and service agreements to potential clients in a professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with the operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and brand alignment.
- Attend corporate meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events to promote the company’s portfolio and establish strong market visibility.
- Monitor and report sales pipelines, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management with actionable insights.
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals in compliance with company policies and profitability targets.
- Develop creative initiatives to enhance brand awareness and expand the company’s footprint in Qatar’s luxury and corporate service sectors.
- Provide input on pricing strategies and service innovations to stay competitive in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- 5–10 years of proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the automotive, facilities management, or service industry.
- Strong background in B2B sales, client management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-level clients.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Qatari driving license (preferred).
