Business Development Manager – IT & Digital SolutionsAbout the Company

CubeZix Technologies is a leading IT solutions provider in the UAE, offering a full spectrum of IT Managed Services (AMC), IT Outsourcing, ERP Implementation & Support, and Digital Marketing Solutions.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager who can drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets across:
  • IT Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
  • IT Outsourcing & Support Services
  • ERP Implementation, Customization, and Support
  • Digital Marketing & Branding Services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Website Development)
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements based on client requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in B2B sales within IT Services, ERP Solutions, or Digital Marketing.
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, ERP systems (ERPNext, SAP, Odoo, or similar), and Digital Marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and close deals effectively.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Quarterly revenue and new client acquisition targets.
  • Client renewal and retention rate.
  • Cross-selling of IT, ERP, and Digital Marketing services.
  • Quality and volume of qualified leads generated.

Client satisfaction and feedback ratings.

Candidate with IT Sales Experiences will only be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Business Development - IT Sales: 10 years (Required)
  • Business Developer - IT Sales: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
