Business Development Manager

Job Type: Remote | Full-Time (8 hours/day)

Schedule: Monday to Friday

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Present and promote company services to potential customers.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and communications in CRM.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in a B2B setting).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and online communication platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
