Park King is revolutionizing urban mobility by making parking smarter. We connect individuals and businesses with unused parking spaces to drivers searching for convenient, secure, and affordable parking. Think of us as the “Airbnb for parking”, simple, transparent, and innovative.
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our commercial efforts in Dubai. This is a strategic and client-facing position where autonomy, proactivity, and flawless communication are key. You will be responsible for driving Park King’s local growth, building partnerships, renting spaces to guests and companies, and ensuring the brand is represented with professionalism at the highest standards.
As the business grows, this role will evolve into a leadership position, giving the successful applicant the opportunity to manage and develop a commercial team in Dubai.
Lead the commercial growth of Park King in Dubai, focusing on acquiring and onboarding new parking space providers (individuals, hotels, property managers, and commercial operators).
Rent parking spaces to guests seeking short- or long-term parking, as well as to companies in need of multiple or dedicated spaces.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders across the mobility and real estate sectors.
Manage the full business development cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
Represent Park King at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities, always upholding the company’s high standards.
Provide market insights and contribute to shaping Park King’s UAE growth strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth host onboarding, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (experience in real estate, hospitality, or mobility is a plus).
Strong autonomy, proactivity, and ability to take ownership of commercial growth.
Excellent communication skills in fluent English (both written and spoken).
Professional, polished appearance and confident presentation skills. The BDM should be able to represent Park King at the highest standard.
Valid UAE driver’s license (essential).
Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and grow with the business.
Fixed salary + uncapped commissions.
