Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, business-minded, and confident Business Development Manager who can represent our company professionally and independently handle the entire business acquisition process. The ideal candidate will go beyond just freelance portals like Upwork and proactively identify new business opportunities, engage with clients, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company in front of potential clients with professionalism and confidence.
  • Generate new business opportunities beyond freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
  • Engage with domestic and international clients to understand their requirements.
  • Convert leads into deals through strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, design, etc.) to deliver client solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 7–8 years of experience in business development, client handling, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, digital marketing, or web development
  • Proactive, sharp-minded, and a fast learner.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Experience with CRM tools, lead management, and sales tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹720,000.00 per year
