Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Istanbul, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to increase the company's market presence. The role includes market analysis, preparing and delivering proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.

Drive global sales expansion across EMEA —open new markets, manage partners, and exceed multi-country targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in business development, market analysis, and identifying new business opportunities
• Work autonomously in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; turn goals into action and results.
• Experience in relationship management, client engagement, and contract negotiation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and location-based marketing services
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment
• Build and manage sales teams, define measurable goals, and deliver against plan
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in technology or smart building industries is beneficial
• High proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
