   Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

   Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.

   Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.
  
- 
   Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to deliver tailored IT solutions to clients.
  
- 
   Ensure consistent follow-up with clients to maintain satisfaction and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
  
   Lead Generation & Outreach
  
- 
   Lead and manage outbound prospecting efforts through platforms such as
   
    LinkedIn, Apollo, and email campaigns

   Work closely with
   
    Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
   
   and marketing teams to convert qualified leads into opportunities.

   Drive proposal creation, RFP responses, and pitch materials for client presentations.

   Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to build brand presence and generate new leads.
  
   Team Leadership & Collaboration

   Lead and mentor the
   
    sales and business development team

   Monitor key performance metrics, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and client retention.

   Qualifications & Skills
  
- 
   Bachelor’s degree in
   
    Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
   
   (Master’s degree preferred).
  
- 
    4–6 years
   
   of proven experience in
   
    business development, sales, or account management
