We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, or technology-driven business environments, with proven experience in lead generation, proposal development, and client acquisition. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets .
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across multiple sectors.
  • Develop pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and go-to-market approaches aligned with company goals.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.
  • Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to deliver tailored IT solutions to clients.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with clients to maintain satisfaction and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities.

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Lead and manage outbound prospecting efforts through platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, and email campaigns .
  • Work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and marketing teams to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
  • Drive proposal creation, RFP responses, and pitch materials for client presentations.
  • Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to build brand presence and generate new leads.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the sales and business development team , providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align business strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative, target-oriented culture that encourages innovation and accountability.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track and analyze business performance using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Odoo).
  • Generate and present regular business development reports and insights for senior management.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and client retention.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and client engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management , preferably in IT or software services.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, IT solutions, and digital transformation services .
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and lead generation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
