Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving growth targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s market reach.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Female candidates are preferred for this role.
