  1. Position Title: Business Development Manager (Copper Products Division) Industry

    : Copper / Non-Ferrous Metals / Industrial Manufacturing Products: Copper, Copper Plates, Busbars, and related products

  2. Location: GCC Region

  3. Key Responsibilities

  4. Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.

  5. Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

  6. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

  7. Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive growth. Requirements:

  8. Proven experience in sales and marketing management in copper products sales in GCC.

Qualifications :

  1. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  3. Business are required or at least 15 years of experience in non-ferrous sales.

  4. GCC experience is mandatory at least 8 years.

  5. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Business Administration.

  6. MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

Excellent market intelligence and knowledge of the GCC copper and non-ferrous metal market. Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term strategic relationships with key customers, distributors, and contractors.

Competence in contract management, tendering, and pricing strategies. •

Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for copper products.

Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools
