Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate would be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, corporate clients, clinics, hospitals, insurance companies, distributors.

Expand the retail footprint in terms of branches, partnerships, franchising.

Develop strategies for increasing sales - OTC, retail, wholesale, online.

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, suppliers, and insurers.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers / distributors.

Secure corporate accounts, bulk supply of medicines, wellness packages, etc.

Work with the marketing team to launch campaigns - health awareness, promotions, loyalty programs.

Support e-commerce / online pharmacy growth.

Analyze sales performance and develop improvement plans.

Stay updated on UAE laws, DHA, MOHAP, DOH regulations.

Ensure partnerships and promotions comply with UAE health and pharmacy regulations.

Prepare monthly revenue and business development reports.

Provide market insights & competitor analysis.
