Allianze Infosoft is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Development Manager (BDM)
with proven experience in
service-oriented sales
within the
BPO and outsourcing industry
, focusing on
GCC markets
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and promoting customized outsourcing solutions across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities
:

Identify and develop new business opportunities across
GCC countries
(UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain).

Build a strong client pipeline through
networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events
.

Develop and execute
sales strategies
to promote BPO services – back-office support, data management, customer service, and IT-enabled solutions.

Conduct market research to identify client needs, trends, and competitive insights in the GCC outsourcing market.

Prepare and deliver compelling
presentations, proposals, and quotations
tailored to regional business requirements.

Negotiate and close high-value contracts ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, HR, and project delivery) for seamless service transition.

Maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring account growth and retention.

Represent the company at
GCC trade shows, business expos, and networking forums
.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

3+ years of proven experience
in BPO / ITES
business development or service sales
(preferably in GCC markets).

Strong understanding of
outsourcing and service delivery models
.

Experience in dealing with
clients across industries
– oil & gas, logistics, healthcare, finance, and government sectors.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with cultural awareness of the GCC market.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead generation platforms.

Willingness to
travel within GCC countries
as business demand
