B. About Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead - Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will lead business expansion efforts across India and the UAE, helping to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and long-term partnerships.

C. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold email, networking, referrals, and partnerships to build a strong business pipeline.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and grow business in India and the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across different regions to ensure sustained engagement and retention.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, development, motion graphics) to deliver tailored proposals.
  • Prepare detailed business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue goals.
  • Track and report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to support data-driven decisions.
  • Represent the agency in client meetings and virtual events to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

D. Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.

Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within a digital marketing or creative agency, with exposure to Digital Marketing, Branding, Web & App Development, and Motion Graphics services.

Essential technical skills

  • Strong understanding of digital services – SEO, PPC, Branding, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, etc.
  • Proven success in India and UAE markets (experience in US and UK is a bonus).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiar with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and proposal management platforms.

Preferred but not mandatory skills or experiences

  • Experience working with both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Exposure to international markets (especially US & UK).
  • Understanding of digital agency processes and project delivery workflows.

  • Annual Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives/commission
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid
  • Nature: Full time/Part time
  • Shift: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST
  • Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
