Responsibilities


1. FMCG & Food Service Experience

o Proven track record in FMCG sales and distribution.

o Extensive experience in HORECA and food service channels, with a focus on growing key accounts.

2. Stakeholder & Decision Maker Engagement

o Establish and maintain strong communication channels with key stakeholders and decision makers in HORECA accounts.

o Achieve a specified New Accounts from Business Plan and out of per quarter.

3. Account Growth & Revenue Targets

o Successfully expand existing accounts and onboard new key accounts.

4. Team Leadership & Motivation

o Lead and motivate the sales team to meet set targets and KPIs.

o Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.

5. Results-Oriented Delivery

o Consistently meet or exceed sales, market share, objectives.

o Drive new opportunities and innovations in HORECA channels.

6. Market & Competitor Analysis

o Provide regular insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

7. Customer Satisfaction & Retention

o Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and loyalty levels.

o Minimize churn and maximize account retention.

8. Strategic Planning & Execution

o Develop and execute effective business development plans aligned with company goals.

o Launch promotional activities and new product initiatives successfully.

9. Cross-functional Collaboration

o Work closely with marketing to ensure smooth execution of strategies.

10. Compliance & Reporting

o Ensure all activities are compliant with company policies and standards.

o Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance and market developments.
