. Business Generation & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across FM sectors (commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities, pricing, and potential clients.
  • Prepare and present sales pitches, company profiles, and FM capabilities to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly and annual targets.

B. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback, coordinating with operations teams for resolutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with strategic clients and consultants.

C. Tendering & Proposal Preparation

  • Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents for FM projects.
  • Coordinate with operations, procurement, and finance to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Ensure accurate costing of manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Submit bids on time and conduct post-tender clarifications.

D. Contract & Negotiation

  • Conduct commercial negotiations with clients to finalize FM agreements.
  • Prepare contracts in coordination with legal and management.
  • Ensure all proposals comply with company policies and industry regulations.

E. Coordination With Operations

  • Work closely with FM operations teams (MEP, Soft Services, Civil, etc.) to understand service delivery capabilities.
  • Arrange site surveys for accurate scope and costing.
  • Support mobilization processes after contract award.

F. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain records of all proposals, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
  • Track market trends and provide business intelligence to management.

3. Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Industry Skills

  • Strong understanding of FM services (Hard FM, Soft FM, AMC contracts, manpower supply).
  • Good knowledge of UAE FM market, pricing, and competition.
  • Experience in tendering, estimation, and proposal writing.

Sales & Communication Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong proposal preparation, documentation, and analytical abilities.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7–15 years relevant experience in Business Development within Facility Management.
  • UAE driving license (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
