About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives in the IT sector. You will be responsible for managing marketing efforts, building strong sales pipelines, and securing new business—particularly from international clients. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in the tech space, takes ownership, and consistently delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business development and marketing efforts for IT products and services.
• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
• Build and manage strong sales pipelines to achieve revenue goals.
• Develop strategies to expand our presence in local and global tech markets.
• Conduct market research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and demos.
• Track, analyze, and optimize business development performance metrics.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, lead generation, and IT service/product sales cycles.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience dealing with international clients and managing cross-border sales.
• Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor (IC).
• Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing platforms is a plus.

Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore
Timings: 5 PM – 2 AM (On-site)
