Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong industry connections and a proven track record of driving sales in the entertainment, nightlife, or hospitality sectors. This role is ideal for someone who can leverage their network to secure projects and build long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in clubs, lounges, hotels, and entertainment venues
  • Leverage existing client network and relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Position our company as a leading provider of entertainment technology turnkey solutions
  • Work closely with technical teams to design tailored proposals that meet client requirements
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years in sales/business development within entertainment, AV, or hospitality industries
  • Strong network of decision-makers and influencers in the entertainment sector (clubs, lounges, hotels, event organizers)
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage client accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
