Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Interior Design & Fit-Out division. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in winning projects, building strong client relationships, and working within the UAE’s design and fit-out market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in interior design and fit-out.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers, real estate agencies, and contractors.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project pitches.
• Follow up on leads, attend site visits, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work closely with the design and operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and networking events.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of BDM experience in interior design, renovation, or fit-out.
• Strong network within the UAE (real estate, consultants, designers, property developers).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand design concepts, BOQs, and project scopes.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Energetic, target-driven, and professional.
