KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

General

· Identify and research potential business opportunities and partnerships.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform business strategies.

· Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

· Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.

· Track and report on sales metrics and performance indicators.

· Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company.

· Drive negotiation and contract discussions with prospective clients.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales.

Skills

· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proven negotiation and closing skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
