Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Administrative Specialist located in Lahore, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Administrative Specialist will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage customer service interactions, assist in financial tasks, and use analytical skills to improve operational efficiency. They will also communicate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring smooth business operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve operational processes
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including document management and scheduling
• Exceptional Customer Service skills for managing client interactions
• Basic Finance knowledge and experience with financial tasks
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
