Business Development Manager – Affworld

About Affworld
Affworld is a fast-growing tech and software solutions company operating in Dubai and India. We develop CRM platforms, automation tools, WhatsApp solutions, marketing systems, and custom software for real estate agencies, enterprises, and global businesses.
As we expand aggressively across the UAE and international markets, we are looking for a strategic and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead growth, partnerships, and revenue expansion.

Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving company growth, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading sales strategies. This role requires a proactive leader who can close high-value deals, collaborate with internal teams, and push Affworld’s products into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets for Affworld’s software products
  • Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and high-level client meetings
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and partners
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs
  • Work closely with the tech and operations team to propose tailored solutions
  • Prepare weekly reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
  • Train and guide junior sales/BD team members when needed
  • Represent Affworld in events, exhibitions, and networking platforms

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, automation tools, or SaaS products (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively
  • Experience working in fast-paced or tech-driven companies (UAE experience is a plus)
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with targets
  • Strong presentation and client engagement skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
