Role Summary
We are seeking a target-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Riyadh operations. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in sales generation, builds strategic relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced design and construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Drive direct sales by identifying, approaching, and closing deals with new and existing clients in the construction, architectural, and interior fit-out industries.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calls, site visits, client meetings, and industry networking.
Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Work closely with the design and technical team to align project feasibility with client needs and close sales efficiently.
Build long-term strategic relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and high-end clientele.
Attend exhibitions, networking events, and project meetings to represent the Conmarble brand and secure new business.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing accurate forecasting and reporting to management.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adapt the sales strategy and stay competitive.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in construction, interior fit-out, or architectural finishing materials.

Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets in the Saudi market.
Strong network and market knowledge in Riyadh and surrounding regions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Valid Saudi driving license with flexibility to travel
